Chef-Liang (left) and the proprietor Bryan.
Bryan Tan grew up immersing himself with family established business based on automobile parts supply. Bored of the same old stuffs & armed with his passion in food, he decided to venture into the F&B sphere- by becoming a restaurateur, setting up his first wholly owned restaurant, ISSHIN YA Japanese restaurant.
The idea became a reality as collaboration with his childhood school mate, who is now a skillful Japanese chef, happened.
Chef-Liang's experiences include having spent more than 7 years at Genki Sushi, Singapore with 4 years serving as Senior Chef and also had enhanced his expertise in Japanese fine-dining at a restaurant in the Lion City.
Now he is back to where he belongs - Kemaman, putting his heart into Isshin Ya to serve the yummiest Japanese cuisine to all of you.
What's more? Come and taste his touch!
